Shortly before retiring from professional wrestling in 2006, Amy formed The Luchagors, fronting the band on vocals with Shane Morton on guitar, Jay Leslie Hedberg on bass, and Troy King on drums. Produced by Rachel Bolan from Skidrow, their debut album was released just a year later. Touring all over, The Luchagors have played everywhere from Atlanta, Georgia – their home base – to London, England. In 2008, Troy left the band and Racci Shay Hart took his place as the band’s new drummer. The band continued to tour all over and even unofficially released a couple of new songs by 2009/2010.

Since then, touring, as well as their second album, has been put on hold as each member is currently working on other projects.
